Irish Derby Racing Festival 2023

The 2023 Irish Derby Festival weekend kicked off on the evening of Friday 30^th June at the Curragh race track. The racing was followed by a live band at the venue with other festival activities and entertainment taking place over the weekend.  There was the glitz and glamour associated with the Most Stylish Lady and Most Stylish Man competitions. The feature race, The Dubai Duty Free Irish Derby, took place on a Sunday for the first time in 14 years. Ryan Moore rode his first Irish Derby winner when he brought home the Aidan O’Brien trained favourite Auguste Rodin. The BTI Rental team were on site for several days in the lead up to the festival. Working with the Diageo, we had the task of ensuring the draught beer was chilled to perfection and could be dispensed to the highest standards for the racegoers over the course of the festival.
