Last Saturday, in beautiful sunshine and a rainbow of colour, tens of thousands of people took to the streets of Dublin to celebrate the 40th annual Pride parade. The streets along the route from O’Connell street to Merrion Square were thronged with people of all ages carrying banners and waving flags. Pride Block Party took place on the historic grounds of the National Museum of Ireland at Collins Barracks over two nights and kicked off the month of celebrations and activities on Fri 23rd June. Panti Bliss and Bianca del Rio were the hosts for the main stage for the largest ticketed event of Pride and for what many regard as the official parade afterparty. BTI Event and Rental team were pleased to be involved in preparing the venue for the event installing the coldrooms, draught beer systems and bottle coolers to ensure cold refreshments were available for the party goers.
