Trinity Ball 2023, Trinity College, Dublin

Trinity Ball 2023 takes place on 14th April. This iconic event has been held on the Trinity College campus every year since its inception in 1959, apart from 2020 and 2021 when the event was not held due to pandemic restrictions.

Due to construction works associated with the Old Library Redevelopment Project, Trinity Ball 2023 will have just two stages this year. Because of the loss of a stage, capacity will be reduced from last year, however TCDSU confirmed that despite rising inflation the ticket prices would not increase.

Working closely with the sponsors, promoter and the college entertainments team, the BTI team were on site this week to complete the installation of the bars to provide the liquid refreshment that such a prestigious event requires. There were 4 X coldrooms, 5 X beer cooling units, 48 X counters and 60 draught beer taps installed. A job well done despite the bad weather and traffic restrictions this week.
